Due to the customized nature of the services offered, all orders are considered final and non-refundable once the file processing begins or after delivery. The customer is required to carefully verify the information entered and submit the correct original file before placing the order. If an error is found that is attributable to our work, the file will be corrected free of charge until the problem is resolved. Refunds and liability for problems resulting from incorrect original files, third-party modifications, hardware failures, incorrect installation, or improper use of the provided file will not be accepted. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and fully accepted this policy.
